Wholesale Pure Siberian Fir Needle Essential Oil

100% pure essential oil of wild grown Siberian Fir. This is a wonderfully classic and brilliant oil. We're really fond of the Siberian fir; it's quality has been consistently very high with a much lower cost. Highly recommended! Our Siberian Fir Needle Oil is available from sample size up to 1 kg or more.

ABOUT THE PLANT

A coniferous evergreen tree, the Siberian Fir is native to China, Mongolia, Eastern Russia and what is now the region straddling Iran and Afghanistan.

ABOUT THE OIL

This very fluid, clear essential oil is steam distilled from the needles of wild grown Siberian Fir trees.

Aromatherapy Notes

This oil has a bright, pine top note with a slightly sweet menthol and honeyed middle note and balsamic, resinous undertones. Blending with other evergreen oils such as Pine, Spruce and Cedarwood can create a balanced, complex aroma. It also will blend well with Blue Chamomile, Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon, and Myrtle.

Traditional Uses

Many essential oils from a variety of Fir species have been used for centuries. The trees were also traditionally planted throughout Europe for lumber, wood pulp, and for Christmas trees! Siberian Fir's overall action is considered stimulating and can be used to bring alertness to the mind. The properties of this are very similar to that of Balsam Fir -- uplifting, yet calming and grounding. Siberian Fir is considered one of the finest fir oils and is extremely popular in Europe. It is extensively used in perfumes, air fresheners, disinfectants, soaps, and detergents.
